ISO 10131-1 and 10131-2 Compliant

We are one of the few companies in North America to offer Murphy beds that comply with ISO 10131-1: Safety Requirements and 10131-2: Test Methods. To achieve this, they have undergone a series of tests by Micom Laboratories Inc.

The tested bed underwent 10,000 open-close cycles with a mattress, without any issues. This equates to 96 years based on our customers' average use, or 27 years for daily use.

The durability of the bed and the reliability of its wall mounting were also tested by applying repeated weight on the bed without any breakage or anomalies. The tension of the mechanism during bed opening was also tested, demonstrating that it allows for safe use, preventing unexpected opening or closing while offering easy handling with minimal effort.
